Can someone tell me how to update autosupport data? Example is currently the data shows until 8/3. How do I load data for the past 24 hours?

Thanks in advance.

Generate the latest autosupport, open the case online or call support, inform them to have your autosupport updated. They will do it for you, said if you have issues or concerns to verify on the nodes.

thank you

Can you tell me the command to generate the autosupport? Is this something I will have to do every time I would like to view my latest data?

7-mode: options autosupport.doit now

c-mode: autosupport invoke -node <node_name> -type all -force ( do it for both nodes)

thank you

Ok I ran options autosupport.doit. It came back with "autosupport.doit MANAGEMENT_LOG"

Is this the correct log that contains the autosupport data?

just type "options autosupport.doit now" -it will take care of all information and covers all bases.

thank you,

So I took the autosupport file that was generated and uploaded it within My Autosupport. Now I see " based on latest AutoSupport as on 05-Aug-2014 08:10:16" but the data itself is still 3 days behind.

options autosupport.performance_data.enable on

options autosupport.nht_data.enable on

options autosupport.local_collection on

options autosupport.doit now

thank you,
