What is the real performance FAS2552 in Xenserver need help!

Hello, everyone. I`m new in Netapp products and this is my first Netapp 2552. All this system is build by other company. I have some issue, as i think, with FAS2552 performance in Xenserver pool.

What i have: 10 blades connected tru 2x FO links to Cisco 46XX 10Gb link, no port errors or other issues.

And that i have in VM with 2012 server with disk without load.

I have some exp usage old IBM3200 + HP DL380G7 + HP HBA 6Gb SAS link and it was 600MB/s on raid10 with 12x1xx Gb HDD 15k

I think something wrong with that build... any suggestions?

latency looks fine so you just need to push it more. More concurrency, more volumes
