Install NetApp Host Utiliies for Windows 7.1 on Windows Server 2019

According to the Interoperability Matrix Tool, NetApp Host Utiliies for Windows 7.1 is supported by Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2016.

I tried to install NetApp Host Utiliies 7.1 on Windows Server 2019 version 1809 build 17763.107.
During the installation, I get an error that updates KB2990170, KB3036614 are not installed and the installation of the program is interrupted. But these updates are intended for Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2. These updates do not applicable to Windows Server 2019.

Official NetApp Technical Support Response:

“Actually in the error message is required a Hotfix from Microsoft, so you have to contact Microsoft support to request it.

About this error we can't apply any action plan because is not due to our system. ”

Does anyone have a real experience installing NetApp Host Utiliies for Windows 7.1 on Windows Server 2019 or Windows Server 2016?

Try this, 

Enable Multipath IO feature from  Server Manager ,post this reboot is required ,

Once the server is up install HUK7.1 , additional patches won’t be required.

Launch Server Manager -> Manage -> Add Roles & Features -> Multipath IO
