Hi Experts,
Could you help to explain what 'S3_SMIRROR_PERP' stands for?
Customer have some QA about this license:
1. What is it used for?
2. Is it a ONTAP select license?
3. Is it paid?
Thanks.

Well, it says S3.
S3 license in general: S3 TR: https://www.netapp.com/media/17219-tr4814.pdf
S3 licenses for S3 SnapMirror: https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/ontap/s3-snapmirror/
Since you're posting a license question why not list your licenses and provide ONTAP version info that you have?

The TR is still available. I won't provide the current link because it may change again. A search engine should be used to find the current link.
As usual, there's a KB which people can find by searching the KB
