As of last week, we no longer come to the download pages of NetApp with two different browsers (Chrome and Edge). We always get a message that the username or password is incorrect. Is it a bug on the NetApp site or is it intentional? Do you always have to use a different browser now?
In case of problems like this, my first try is to use a private browsing window, and if that works, clear all the netapp.com cookies from your main browsing interface. I understand you have tried two browsers, but I would also try this first.
