Yes..in the release notes https://library.netapp.com/ecm/ecm_get_file/ECMM1281128
Starting with Data ONTAP 8.1, you can replicate volumes by using SnapMirror between 32-bit and
64-bit volumes. For both synchronous and asynchronous volume replication, the SnapMirror source
and destination volumes can be either 32-bit or 64-bit.
There were some BURTs so check those... but supported.

In short, yes. However, I strongly recommend you review TR 3446 (SnapMirror Best Practices Guide, http://media.netapp.com/documents/tr-3446.pdf), 64-bit Aggregates section for more details. This TR has been updated for Data ONTAP 8.1.
