Cannot start OSSV service

I installed OSSV into x32 environment. I cannot start OSSV service, status is unknown. In application Event Viewer, I saw error alert 4102: Unexpected close getting QSM data

Dear Penggy,

Did you have any backup agents install on the same server? If yes, please check the communication ports are conflict with OSSV or not. Just share what I have found the problem before.
