Clustered Ontap 8.3 p6

Is anyone facing issues with saving of files with the above Ontap version. Saving of word or excel files gives a Document not saved message and creates a tmp file in the same location where the file is. I am trying to diagnose if it is a netapp issue or SAN AV issue

Do you have any kind of AntiVirus running against your system? We've had issues with mostly Microsoft Office files and have had to tweak the AV settings to allow the files to be opened or saved depending on some of their content. Beyond that we haven't had issues saving files.
