Hi Guys,
We are facing issues with our cifs network share drive. We are taking exchange dag backups to cifs network share drive from backup exec. Data backup from backup exec to the netapp cifs network share drive is hanging at 772 GB with error "loding media eorror". Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Naveen,
Thank you for contacting NetApp community, Did you check the Backup Exec Error Log ? Does it only says Loading Media Error ? Could you be able to take a look at the detialed error log and is this first encounter or this is been happening since long time ? If first time could you run the job once again and check it might be network error. Or can create a test backup and may be backup a 10GB file and see if it is successful ?

We are glad this issue has been resolved, may i know which factor to blame is it the network ? or backup software itsefl or high CPU due to multiple backups at that particular time ?

Previously we backedup on share drive directly. Now we have created a folder on that we took backup....
