Hi Experts,
We have a pair of good old Netapp FAS 2050, cabled to DS14 , We recently had double disk failure ( Note we are already out support and we have stacked up few netapp disks to use in case of failures ) after replacing disks controllers were not able to see the disks for which i have rebooted the controller and power cycle the disk shelf where was able to detect the disk later. May i know that this is because Netapp is taking time to recognize the firmware on the new disk or any other reason ?
