How to avoid network disconnection for the adding a vlan?

Hi all,

 

I added vlan and found network disconnection in Data Ontap 7-mode.

 

The messages are below.

How do I add a vlan without links down?

 

Is there any special command?

Adding a vlan does not bring interfaces down. It looks liek you are using an unspported SFP+ module
