Hi Guys,
I have a a customer trying to setup RSA but gets the following error "Server certificate invalid", when testing Remote support enterprise connection.
what could be the issues and how can it be rectified, there is no proxy in place and the system can reach the internet very well.

If this for cDOT, the initial cert. is only one year, Now site has instructions how to create a new one.
