Storage Proocessor (SP) is replacement for RLM on new filers?

Is my thinking correct that the RLM is replaced by the service processor/storage processor (SP) on new filers such as the 3200 series.

Correct... near the same commands "sp setup" "sp status", etc... some additional features in the SP but the same type of remote console access and also uses the same wrench port switch shared by e0M.
