Take over question

I'm a newby at netapp and trying to get this question answered. So far, teh now site and google haven't brought me much luck.

Here's the question.

At our site we have metrocluster with two mirrored aggr and two non-mirrored aggr.

During a take over will we be able to access the data on the non-mirrored aggr? In case of a hardware failure of the controller, but disks are still alive.

If all disks are accessible from remaining controller, you will be able to access all aggregates.
