_USERSPACE_APPS and User-Default, what are these WORKLOADS for?

I am running "qos statistics workload characteristics show", and as the result, it shows me thousands IOPS on each of these WORKLOADS. I am wondering what these two workloads for? and can you please explain to me by examples?
