cifs share is not replicating data

Hello Everyone,

   I am new to the netapp and our clients are having cifs share issue. We have share and users in A location are updating some files and users at B location cant see those updates and chages on files. Any help or suggestions?

I'm assuming they are mapping to the same share, let's say \\server1\share1  

So your users are updating files in \\server1\share1 and the users in site B, cannot see the updates on \\server1\share1.   Let's assume there is an excel document that user in site A updates and closes, what your saying in Site B, the user doesn't see the file?

It was rsync issue and its solved now. Thanks
