Effective December 3, NetApp adopts Microsoft’s Business-to-Customer (B2C) identity management to simplify and provide secure access to NetApp resources.
For accounts that did not pre-register (prior to Dec 3), access to your NetApp data may take up to 1 hour as your legacy NSS ID is synchronized to the new B2C identity.

If a volume goes full and has a LUN in it, the LUN will go offline to protect data.

 

There are many tools to help manage this like volume autogrow. That would be good to set up, and if you have OnCommand Unified Manager you can set up alerting and it should give alerts when it gets full so you can catch it sooner.
