FAS 2554 and DS4246 shelves

Can someone tell me the max DS4246 shelves that can be connected to a FAS 2554 with duel controllers?

With ONTAP 9.8 you can have 144 drives on the FAS2554.

You can have 5 shelves of that model. Max stack size is 5 for this shelf.

You can always check that on hwu.netapp.com (account required).

In ONTAP9.8 version, FAS2554 can accommodate up to 144 disks in the DS4246 disk cabinet, and can accommodate up to 5 DS4246 disk cages, Max Number of DS4246 Shelves  1 internal + 5 external.
