Is this Supported ? : QoS on Backend storage array of FAS V3250

My customer is using some FAS V3250s and an IBM XIV Gen3(as backend storage array).

Now they are planning to set QoS on XIV so as to liimit access throughput from one of V3250s.

Is this supported ?
I'm afraid that V-series does not support any extended function of backend storage array.
