Simulator fails after changing serial and sysid under vSphere 5.5

I installed a 8.1.3 7-mode simulator, and cloned it.  I tried to change the Serial and SysId, both of those worked fine, but when I try to go into maintenance mode and/or initialize the discs, I get the following:

Does anyone have any ideas?

maybe u change system-id make ontap can't boot success , u cant ctrl+c , enter mainteance mode boot , change original system-id and halt (reboot) , should be boot !
