Cmode: perf stats for object with instance system have ops/latency counter values zero

We are observing that the perf stats for system object with instance system has following counter values always zero.

 

               1."sys_read_latency",
                2. "sys_write_latency",
                3. "read_ops",
                4. "write_ops",

 

Is this a bug ?
