Any lessons Learned upgrading to Vsphere 5

Hi -

We are currently running ESXi 4.1 in our environment on Netapp 6280 Storage. I am curious what are any lessons that any of you have learned when performing this upgrade? Example - things like any of the snap tools you are may have been using. I am using VSC 2.1.1 in conjunction with sv-smvi script to snapvault a few NFS datastores to our v6210. We use commvault version 9 sp4b (I suppose I can post that question in the commvault forums)

Besides enjoying the new features of vSphere 5 what are some of the things from any of the "snap" tools that do not work since you upgraded to vSphere 5 with your netapp storage and the tools you used?
