ESX Host utility and Multipathing

Hi,

After esx host utility kit is installed and multipath is set, should I rerun "config_mpath" command with the required options for every LUN(s) that will be presented to the ESX host(s)?

config_mpath --primary --persistent --policyfixed --loadbalance
