MBRAlign. Does it take care of both alignment and offset?>

I have attached a screenshot of a VMDK that I have aligned using MBRalign.  It shows the disk as aligned but the offset is still incorrect.

I’m getting a little confused and was hoping someone can push me in the right direction.

Can someone tell me if the MBRalign Tool takes care of both alignment and offset remediation?

Yes - its kind of one in the same. From looking at your screen shot it appears you are good to go.

Sounds like 16MB offset(32768 sectors); is that what you were expecting?

Yes if fixes the partition offset . remember that the partition should be dividable by 4k block, so 32768 is correct.
