Without getting into the architecture of our virutual environment and the Netapp C-Mode and 7-Mode controllers, I have a situation where we would like to run two instances of VSC 5.0 running on seperate virutaul machines and both instances reporting to one webclient and one vCenter Server. I looked into the release notes and found nothing about this limitation.
Do not mistake my question above with the current limitation below, which was a painful one for our environment:
"VSC does not support VMware environments that include multiple vCenter Servers. It does not
matter whether the vCenter Servers use Linked Mode or vCenter Single Sign On (SSO). The
VMware vSphere Web Client must be managing only one vCenter Server."
