I'd like to script the stop and start of VMware Tools when running a VSC backup job as we are having issues with quiescing and I'd like to be able to eliminate Tools from the equation. Currently when I go to modify the backup job in question, there are no scripts available.
Where would I have to save a script for it to be available in the VSC and can I select seperate scripts to stop Tools at the beginning of the job and start it when the job ends?
