Solved: VSC 2.1.1 Success emails sent when backup jobs set for notify on errors or warnings

Hello. I am working with VSC 2.1.1 on Windows Server 2008 64-bit. Email alerts are set to only be sent for "errors or warnings", however email alerts are always being sent. It seems the setting is being ignored. This issue was noted in another older thread: https://communities.netapp.com/message/36655#36655

Any thoughts as to how to resolve this?

Hello Adrian;

It means that your backup job is partially successful and you should have some errors on one or more VMs.

Thank you. You are correct there were warnings within the logs and that seems to be the reason the e-mail was being sent. I was confused by the SUCCESS status of the e-mail as it did not suggest an issue.
