VSC 4.2.1 Backup / Restore options doesn't work

Hi,

We have a VMware environment with vCenter 5.1 installed / ESXi 5.1 and NetApp VSC 4.2.1 it's on a Windows 2008 R2 Standard server.

Almost everything in VSC works fine but when I try to open the Backup or Restore it first loads for 10/15 minutes and then it comes with the following error:

"Failed to retrieve backup job list. Reson: HTTP ERROR 504 Problem accessing /smvi-nvpf-plugin/smvi-server-proxy/smvi/gwtrpc. Reason: Gateway Timeout"

Already tried to reinstall VSC but no succes.

SMVI service is running? , you can send a SS services.msc
