We have a pair of FAS3270s running DOT 8.1.4P3 and a Vsphere 5.0U2 environment sitting on Cisco UCS blades. We've been using Virtual Storage Console (VSC) 4.2 for some time now but noticed yesterday that one of our NFS volumes had stopped backing up for about a week. I tried to do a single file restore from the latest snapshot and keep getting the folowing error:
This happens with all scheduled backups that have occured in the last 10 days including last nights. However i took a manual backup of the volume yesterday afternoon and that one will allow it to be mounted using the single filer restore option with limited self service mounts.
Anyone have a clue what if going on here ? Any suggestions gratefully received.
