I created a igroup with 3 wwpn in it, however, two of them don't have vtic, is that normal? what does that mean? if not normal, how do I put vtic in? Thanks for your prompt response.

No,

Check your zoning on your fabric switches and your igroups on the partner controller.

In the current state if you failover you may lose those datastores.

I would also add duel FC connetions as well if you can to your switch.
