Hi
I understand Netapp wants to create a flexible system to make quota message rules so I understand their chooice of ruling system.
Although it would be great if it could Request the users Email adress from the Active Directory / Ldap Connection as this is already availabe because there can be made a connection for authentication with Ldap or Active Directory
This would make email policy's a lot easier

Hi,
Unfortunately, this facility is not available now. But the Email rules are very dynamic by nature, please fo give it a try.
Also requesting you to file an FPVR for this feature. This way we can look at proritizing it.
Thanks,
Dhiman
