IHAP who is looking at his partners controllers on the My Autosupport. But both the Storage Eff and Performance Graphs are not showing. Do we have documentation on what settings withing OnTap to make sure the right reports are being sent back to Netapp weekly to get us the right information on My AutoSupport.
Thanks in advance for the assistance.

autosupport.performance_data.enable on
is the asup option that enables perf data to be send to NetApp. Since perf data package is fairly large, the email server gateway at the customer or along
the hop might reject the payload. But as Mani said, if you send us the serial number we can take alook.
thx
