Active IQ interop Advisor "No Onecollect output to Display host details"

I have run the Onecollect says uploaded successful
When I go to IMT if I search by Serial # I see my Onecollect jobs.
I'll select one hit next then get following error . Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.
No OneCollect output found to display host details. Hosts info is identified using AutoSupport received using OneCollect Tool.Download and Run OneCollect to identify host configuration and verify supportability

Can you send me the Serial Number involved? We will take a look into this. Also, can you confirm which of the four OneCollect workflows you followed (which of the four dialogs did you select)?
Please be aware of one very important change that's coming up soon. Due to a change in the way that NetApp does authentication, as of May 21st older versions of OneCollect and all versions of Interop Advisor will no longer function. Please use the latest OneCollect (currently 2.3), but Interop checking via Interop Advisor will no longer be available as of May 21st. I believe OneCollect allows for offline Interop checking.

How do I get you serial # with out posting it in here?
