Can you send me the Serial Number involved? We will take a look into this. Also, can you confirm which of the four OneCollect workflows you followed (which of the four dialogs did you select)?
Please be aware of one very important change that's coming up soon. Due to a change in the way that NetApp does authentication, as of May 21st older versions of OneCollect and all versions of Interop Advisor will no longer function. Please use the latest OneCollect (currently 2.3), but Interop checking via Interop Advisor will no longer be available as of May 21st. I believe OneCollect allows for offline Interop checking.
