I am unable to run a storage effeciency report on a couple of my serial numbers. The report gets email just fine but it is blank. If I create a report with two good serial numbers and two that don't work the report that gets generated will contain data for the two known good serial numbers. Looking at the serial numbers in fitness dash board I see an error message. An idea how to fix?
