The following shows in an autosupport: "the following device(s) have not taken expected addresses"

A disk wzas replaced on a DS14MK4 shelf.  Firmware is up to date.  The following message shows in the autosupport:

Sun Oct  2 08:46:11 EST [: ses.drive.missingFromLoopMap:CRITICAL]: On adapter 5c, the following device(s) have not taken expected addresses: 5c.112 (shelf 7 bay 0)

And SYSCONFIG -A shelf a shelf 7 where a shelf 7 does not exist.

System is multi-path HA.

Any thoughts?  No help in KB search.

Did you replace a disk and this occurred? Remove ownership on that spare disk you put in and take it back out. If that fixes the issue I would get another spare sent. Sometimes the act of just taking it out and putting it back in remedies the issue.
