Does Netapp have a general contact for Account rep/exec issues? Current account rep is located 3k+ miles away, would like to move to an account manager that is closer and more timely. Going on 7 weeks waiting for a quote for new hardware. Only contact at netapp I have is said account rep...

Hi @Cold_Cloud_1 , have you thought about going through a reseller?  There are resellers who do all the quote work for you and they will chase up the NetApp Account rep/exec.

I am sorry that you are not getting the support that you need form your NetApp account rep/exec.

Unfortunately already do go through a reseller and they are not the best either, not my choice to pick them. Waited 6 months for a quote on a standard order disk shelf
