Hi @Cold_Cloud_1 , have you thought about going through a reseller? There are resellers who do all the quote work for you and they will chase up the NetApp Account rep/exec.

Unfortunately already do go through a reseller and they are not the best either, not my choice to pick them. Waited 6 months for a quote on a standard order disk shelf
