Your website page:
https://www.netapp.com/utility/subscribe/
does not seem to do its job. (From a UI perspective, it confirms nothing.)
Your chatbot parrots this website over and over.
Your CSRs do not know any other way around this.
It took me to register to a message board to ask: How can I stop receiving emails from your company?

Hi @FristLsat, sorry this isn't working as you expected. Can you please forward the email to us? community *at* netapp.com
I'll help get your concern routed to the right people once we know what email(s) you're receiving.
Thanks,
-Drew

At the bottom of any NetApp email it says:
"You are receiving this email at <myemailaddress@wouldbehere.com> because you are subscribed to receive communications from NetApp. You can unsubscribe at any time or manage your email preferences."
The word "unsubscribe" links to the website https://www.netapp.com/utility/subscribe/
Specifically, the subject line of the last 2 were "Last call - Webinar: SAP HANA success with ease" for a live webinar on Dec 3

Now I'm getting emails "Prepared for cloud innovation?" from "NetApp Cloud <cloud@digital.netapp.com>"
Once again, the "Unsubscribe" webpage does not react other than to refocus back on my user input.
Is there an SLA that guarantees how many advertisements are sent out?

Now it's a new email "Are you cloud ready?" from "NetApp Cloud <cloud@digital.netapp.com>" .
Why would a company employ such tactics to irritate current-, potential, and uninterested customers?

I previously asked if you could forward the email to me. That will go a long way in helping to ensure this is sorted out for you (and anyone else).
Thanks,
-Drew
