CIFS Limitations

I'm currently trying to find, and having little success, on limitations that CIFS has. 

What I mean by that is how long a path can be in a CIFS share.  We have some path's on CIFS that are over 300 charcters and I'm looking to find out if that is a problem.  And if it is, what problems it will create.  (Snapshots, snapmirror.)

We are running 8.0.1P4 on a 3210 and all of the CIFS aggr's are 32bit.
