configure new snmp trap

I would like to receive snmp traps regarding the following MIB OID.

dfPerCentKBytesCapacity snmp.1.3.6.1.4.1.789.1.5.4.1.6.1

When i run the event route show -snmp-support true, i do not see a message for the above OID.  I believe this is why i cannot run the event route modify command on that OID.  However, i cannot find any documentation on how to add the above OID to ensure snmp traps are enabled.

Any  help is appreciated!

I was able to configure the trap on 7-mode, but I'm having issues configuring it on c-mode.  I've had trouble finding the "-messagename" value for the aggregate capacity.
