vSphere 5.5 and FC support

We plan the upgrade of our VMware to vSphere 5.5, but according NetApp compatibility matrix, it seems that on FAS running DOT 8.2 iSCSI or NAS are the only supported protocols

Does someone know when FC will be supported?
