Hi

Are you able to create an SFR session successfully? Do you see the VM listed in the drop down menu?

That's good to know. IS there a distributed vSwitch in your environment?

Hi together,

the problem is that vsc 2.0 SFR only browse the root of the registered vm´s.

If you had created folders and move all vm´s and templates in folders there is nothing in the listbox.

Christian, please move for testing SFR the source vm and the destination vm for testing out from your vm folder in the root and then you will see the two vm´s in the listbox

Netapp (Amritad), please correct this bug. Please browse not only the root, browse also the customer created vm-folders.

Thanks

Yes we did see this issue. Would it be possible to also file a support case for this? That would really help us process this faster.

Hello Roland

Did you already get an answer from NetApp. I just tested it with VSC 2.1 and I'm still getting the error "FLOW-11019 Failure in VMgetVirtualMachineList: Did not find any VM". As soon as I move my VM to the root directory of my vCenter it works.

Cheers

Chris

Hi all,

this is now fixed in VSC2.1.2 according to NetApp. This was known as bug 437901. Release notes state this should be fixed. My customer is going to install this version soon. If i get feedback, I will post that here too.
