VSC 4.0 to 4.1 upgrade

I'm thinking on VSC 4.0 to 4.1 upgrade but im not really sure what will i gain, can somebody explain the benefits, differences, new features?

it it worth it?

any words of advice during an upgrade?

There are a few new features added, listed on the download page here: http://support.netapp.com/NOW/download/software/vsc_win/4.1/  My favorite new features are support for clustered Data ONTAP and vCloud API's.
