Is ONTAP8.1.2 C-Mode simulator supported with System Manager 2.1?

I tried to add a 4-node simulator into System Manager, which is 8.1.2 + System Manager 2.1, but below is the error I'm seeing now:

It actually works perfectly for Sim 8.1.1 C-Mode, so I guess 8.1.2 might not be supported yet, so can you help me confirm this?

Hi Andy,

What error are you getting in System Manager 2.1? The error is not visible in your post.

Data ONTAP 8.1.2 Cluster-Mode is qualified on System Manager 2.1. Ideally Data ONTAP 8.1.2 Cluster-Mode simulator should also work with System Manager 2.1.

I am assuming that you might be getting some simulator specific error; but need to confirm

Hi Karthik

I think you are right, the failure is caused by the mismatched version string, I uninstalled System Manager 2.1 and went with 2.0R1, it works for C-Mode Simulator, so looks like the problem is on the System Manager.
